Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, given the nature of our product (Personal Care/Hair Oil), we have strict hygiene and return standards.

1. Return Window You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

• Unopened & Sealed: The bottle seal must be intact. We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or damaged bottles due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@adivasisudesh.in or WhatsApp +91 7204649641 with your Order ID and photos of the unopened product.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your Original Bank Account (or the bank account provided by you).

• Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days from the date of pickup/receipt for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

5. Cancellations You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may reject the delivery at the doorstep if needed.
